Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARTAKABLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
